3.3.103

墻壁安裝并自帶電源線插頭的燈具，電源線必須黏貼“警告：本燈具的外部軟線必須有效固定到墻壁”的警示標簽，以防止兒童被誤絞窒息及電擊危險。

After Clause 3.3.102, add new Clause 3.3.103, as follows:
3.3.103 Luminaires intended to be fixed to the wall and are supplied with aplug and a cord shall be supplied with a cord tag with the substance of thefollowing wording:
WARNING: THEFLEXIBLE WIRING CONNECTEDTO THISLUMINAIRE SHALL BE EFFECTIVELY FIXED TO THE WALL.
NOTE The warning is intended to prevent strangulation and shock hazard to children.

Appendix ZZ variation to Clause 4.32
Delete the text of the variation to Clause 4.32 and replace with the following:

4.32.1

增加防雷擊浪涌、瞬態過電壓保護裝置的分類，區分為SPD（浪涌保護裝置）和SPC（浪涌保護元件）。

Delete the text and replace with the following:
4.32.1 General
To limit the effects of lightning surges and other transient overvoltages, overvoltageproteotive devices may be used in luminaires and they can be either Surge protectivedevices (SPDs) or surge protective components (SPCs).
NOTE: Examples of SPCs are varistors (MOVs) and gas discharge tubes (GDTs). SPCs may beintegrated with thermal protection devices, such as thermal fuses or PTCs, in the same package.SPDs will utilize SPCs and are a complete assembly.

4.32.2

SPD（浪涌保護裝置）需要符合IEC 61643-11標準。外置于控制裝置的SPD只能用于固定式燈具且必須連接到保護接地。

4.32.2 Surge protective devices (SPDs)
SPDs shall comply with IEC 61643-11. SPDs that are external to controlgear and connectedto earth shall be used only in fixed luminaires and shall be connected only to a protectiveearth.

4.32.3

外置于控制裝置的SPC（比如壓敏電阻、放電管等）需要滿足AS/NZS 3100的相關章節要求。

4.32.3 Surge protective components (SPCs)
SPCs that are external to controlgear shall comply with the requirements of AS/NZS 3100for varistors.

4.101

不再要求紐扣電池的電池腔蓋子只能借助工具才能打開。如果打開蓋子是通過兩個獨里的動作來完成的，亦可接受。

Appendix zz Clause 4.101

In Clause 4.101.1, delete first three paragraphs and replace with the following text:

Button cells and batteries designated R1 shall not be removable without the aid of a toolunless the cover of their compartment can only be opened after at least two independentmovemenishavebeen applied simultaneously.Refer to AS/NZS 60335.1:2011Clause 22.54.

NOTE: Batteries are specified in IEC 60086-2.

8.2.1

1、刪除最后一句描述，因為4.29章節已經有描述，無需贅述。

2、重新引入原來刪除的概念，但是修訂為“徒手可以移除的罩蓋需要先拿走”。

Appendix ZZ variations to Clause 8.2.1

1、In the first item, third sentence, delete "Luminaires with non-replaceable light sourcesare subjected to the tests of Clause 4.29 prior to applying the tests and inspections ofSection 8 of this Standard".

Delete the text of the second item, and replace with the following:

2、Delete the ninth paragraph beginning with Covers in fixed luminaires that cannot beremoved

and replace with 'Covers that can be removed by hand shall be

removed."

10.2

新增電氣強度和絕緣電阻測試時需要先斷開的元器件種類（e）過電壓保護裝置和（f）滿足IEC 61347系列的控制裝置。

刪除第七段話，因為新增的（e）已經包含該內容。

Appendix ZZ variations to Clause 10.2 (new)

Add the following after the variation to Clause 9.2:

10.2

1、Delete the fourth paragraph and replace with the following:

During these tests, the following components shall be disconnected, so thatthe test voltages are applied to the insulation of the components, but not tothe capacitive, or inductive or other functional elements of these components,as appropriate:

(a)Shunt-connected capacitors.

(b)Capacitors between live parts and the body.

(c)Protective impedance device.

(d)Chokes or transformers connected between live parts.

(e)Overvoltage protective devices in accordance with 4.32 of thisStandard,

(f)Controlgear that conforms with the relevant requirements of IEC 61347series.

2、Delete the seventh paragraph which reads:

For fixed Class 1 luminaires, overvoltage protective devices that comply withIEC 61643-11 shall be disconnected from the circuit
 

13.3.3

新增豁免項，根據IEC 60695-11-10分類成V-0或V-1的材料，燈具使用時其厚度不小于材料認可時的厚度的，無需做針焰測試。

Add the following text to the end of fourth paragraph:

The needle-flame test is not carried out on parts that are made of material classified as V-0or V-1 according to IEC 60695-11-10. The sample of material submitted to the test ofIEC 60695-11-10 shall be no thicker than the relevant part.
